HOW TO RETURN
- Follow instructions in the link above.
- Affix the postage provided and drop at any authorized FedEx location.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment, minus an $8 return shipping fee. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Complete a return according to the steps above.
- Place a new order online for a replacement item.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted for refund or site credit within 90 days with your original invoice or receipt. Returns must be new and unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in the original saleable condition with tags attached. After 90 days, you may receive site credit for eligible returns. After 120 calendar days, returned merchandise cannot be accepted. We regret that merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please call Customer Service at (888) 489-8911, and we will gladly help you with a replacement. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Any delivery, import and clearance charges paid by you (either prepaid at checkout or on receipt of your order) are not refundable by us, although you may seek reimbursement from your local authority directly. Any delivery, import and clearance costs incurred by you when returning merchandise are not refundable.
E-GIFT CERTIFICATES/STORE CREDIT
E-Gift Certificates can be used online only at ParkerNY.com as store credit. E-Gift Certificates cannot be transferred to another person or account. Your use of the E-Gift Certificate constitutes your agreement to our Terms. To view your E-Gift Certificate Balance, log into your ParkerNY account, enter your E-Gift Certificate number on the payment page, and click the "check balance" link.
