What is sales tax and how is this calculated?

Applicable sales tax is calculated when the merchandise is being shipped to in the following states; California, New Jersey and New York. International orders are excused from US sales tax, but recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country's customs. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of e-Gift cards.

What are shipping costs and methods?

Shipping costs are based on the chosen shipping method of where the package is being shipped to and are not included in the sales tax calculation. Click here for a complete list of shipping costs and locations.

What does 'In Process' mean for an order status?

'In Process' means your order is in the early stages of shipping and changes cannot be made to an order once an order confirmation is received. You may call us at 888.489.8911 or send us an email at customerservice@parkerny.com.

Will I get an order confirmation number?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with your order number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships with a tracking number in order to track your package.

Does Parker ship to my country?

International shipping is available when ordering from Parker. Click here for a full list of shipping destinations.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Shipments made outside the US will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. The carrier will collect these charges at time of delivery. The recipient will be responsible for all freight charges for any package NOT accepted or returned to Parker.
