We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be absolutely happy with your Parker NY purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our guidelines below, or contact us for help with a return or exchange.
Enjoy Easy Returns within the U.S. We’ll include a pre-paid shipping label with your purchase, for your convenience.
- Use the pre-paid Fed Ex label, attached (be sure to add your return address).
- Drop at any authorized Federal Express location.
- We’ll deduct an $8 return shipping fee from your refund. If you prefer to use your own carrier, use the label on your invoice and affix the proper postage.
Online Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for refund or site credit within 90 days with your original invoice or receipt. Returns must be new and unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in the original saleable condition with tags attached. After 90 days, you may receive site credit for eligible returns. After 120 calendar days, returned merchandise cannot be accepted. We regret that merchandise marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If product was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please call Customer Service at (888) 489-8911, and we will gladly help you with a replacement. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
To make a return or exchange, follow the instructions on your return form, included with your package.
The following guidelines apply:
- All returns must have been purchased from Parkerny.com and returned in saleable condition (new, unworn and unaltered), including original packaging with original hangtags attached.
- Returns made within 90 calendar days of the invoice date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment (please allow 14 days for processing). If the purchase was made with an online store credit, the refund will be issued as an online store credit.
- Merchandise marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If you have received an item from Parker as a gift, you can return it for an online store credit for the current selling price. Please contact Customer Service at (888) 489-8911 or by emailing email@example.com.
- A pre-printed return label is enclosed with your original shipment. To return your product, cover the original shipping label with the enclosed return label and complete the sender information section. Be sure to include your return form and invoice showing your order number and customer information. Ship your package via your carrier of choice, and apply the appropriate postage. Please keep a record of your tracking information.

For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer's refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-14 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. An email will be sent once the return has been fully processed.
Store credit can be used online only at ParkerNY.com. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms. To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your ParkerNY account and select the My Account section, and click on My Order History to see your available store credit.
